A heart centered facilitated networking event to build community with likeminded caring and community centered businesses. This round table is a focus group for business owners, cooperatives, collectives, and aspiring entrepreneurs to collaborate and learn from one another.
Intro to Pleasure Activism Workshops
A facilitated space to collectively ground in pleasure as a radical tool for social change.
This workshop is filled with meditation, mapping, movement, and learning based off of the book Pleasure Activism by adrienne maree brown. Sola offers collective activities for mental health, building capacity for joy, and practices for shaping a life of pleasure, activism, and purpose.
