Intuitive Online Flow

Intuition thrives in presence and awareness, but we are taught too numb and distract.

This yoga class is part of the Decolonizing Mental Health (DMH) Series, a collection of mental health workshops, classes, and round tables for a liberated world. Intuition is one small building block for actualizing better health and wellness.

In this online yoga class, we will be focusing on tapping into our intuition through collective reflection and movement. An improvised Hatha and Kundalini inspired class, we checkin with our bodies before we start so that I can curate a flow for your needs.

In yogic philosophy, the easiest way to access the mind is to start with the body. Since our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies are all connected, creating physical awareness through intentional movement and breath opens a path for us to tap into our other bodies. Later, with restorative poses, pranayama, mantra, and meditation, we transform the mind. A quiet mind gives the floor to our spirit, the holder of our intuition.

SWANA (South West Asian and North African) folks receive a discount considering our current hardships. All are welcome.

Zoom link will be sent out before class.
