Hatha Yoga with Sola Habibi

Join us for an inclusive and empowering Hatha Yoga session with Sola Habibi, where you will discover new depths of stillness, health, and connection to your higher self. This is an opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and spirit in a welcoming and supportive community.

Sola's Vinyasa classes are thoughtfully designed to guide students on a holistic journey of self-discovery and healing. The session will include short facilitated spaces that touch upon yoga philosophy, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of the practice. Through a combination of asanas (physical postures), pranayamas (breathwork), and mantra chanting, Sola aims to awaken, channelize, and bring harmony to the body and mind.

Sola brings a wealth of personal experience and knowledge to their yoga practice. As a non-binary, queer, neurodivergent, and multi-heritage immigrant, Sola understands the importance of yoga as a tool for self-empowerment and healing. With 12 years of personal practice and their recent completion of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Oceanic Yoga in Goa, India, Sola is equipped with the skills and expertise to guide students on their transformative yoga journey.
