Why a Round Table?

A round table acknowledges that we all have knowledge to give and share. We can only build an economy of care if we share resources, skills, and knowledge. Gatekeeping is a tool of oppression and only benefits those with excess power. Growing more cooperatives, collectives, and community centered businesses will create a larger safety net for those already existing. Round tables are a small drop in the movement towards collectivizing our resources and creating an economy that GIVES A FUCK about us, our neighbors, and our home.
